Subzai is a subscription management application designed to help users track, organize, and manage their recurring subscriptions and expenses. The App provides:
Important: Subzai is a personal tracking tool only. It does not connect to financial institutions, process payments, or access any of your accounts.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter into the App. Subzai displays only the data you provide — we are not responsible for missed renewals or incorrect billing information resulting from inaccurate entries.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws while using the App, including any regulations related to financial record-keeping in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for the subscription data, notes, and other content you create within the App.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and "Subzai" brand, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or obligation.
Subzai may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions:
The App may display links or reference third-party subscription services for identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party services, their pricing, or their terms. Always verify subscription details directly with the service provider.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Subzai is a tracking aid only. You remain solely responsible for managing your actual subscriptions and payments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS, UNEXPECTED CHARGES, OR DATA LOSS.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) or $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
